I want to thank everyone involved in making Time Out and Body Balance Nutrition what it is. You are helping to make so many lives healthier and happier by offering a wonderful space, environment, wealth of knowledge, products, and enjoyable classes.

I specifically want to thank you for the Body Balance Talk radio show. The radio show provides me information and inspiration weekly, on my own terms and time. I know that without the radio show I would not have been as successful in reaching the goals I set for myself over the past 6 months.

After developing a gluten allergy 3 years ago I gained nearly 30lbs even with a regular exercise routine.  Removing gluten left a hole that I was filling with sugar.  Body Balance Talk started up just as I was feeling excited, motivated, and focused on making real changes to my eating habits. I used the opportunity of the weekly show to keep me focused on my goals and track progress.
As of the March 21st show I am down 30lbs, successfully meeting my first goal which is to weigh in at the doctor’s office next month within a healthy range. I now can take pride in stepping on the scale!  Knowing that you can’t base overall health solely on numbers on the scale I look forward to continuing to utilize all of the products, services, and knowledge offered as I continue to lose the lbs., work on my body composition, and improve overall health!

You've probably been doing what the media, and maybe your doctor, has been telling you."Eat low fat, drink diet soda, don't eat red meat, count calories." The TV, magazines and billboards tell you to ask your doctor for medications for depression, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and more. In between the drug ads are ads for processed foods.
