weight loss results"Essentially, everything promised on the program happened.  I broke the weight loss plateau I had been at for a few months  I lost weight  I lost body fat. I dropped at least 2 sizes. I learned to eat healthier while not having to focus on only counting calories. I added variety to my diet without sacrificing any sort of taste or enjoyment.
